Methane Regulations Review
When the provincial methane regulations were developed in 2018, we committed to reviewing the regulatory requirements by 2022. We will post updates on the review below, which is expected to be complete by Dec. 31, 2022.
Alternative Fugitive Emissions Management Programs
The BCER is developing an application process for permit holders to apply for alternative fugitive emissions management programs (FEMP). Below are letters to stakeholders about this process and feedback received as a result. The timeframe for receiving feedback is now closed.
