Form M1 - OGC Notification of Facilities-Producing Well Start up Meeting
The Form M1 - OGC Notification of Facility / Producing well start-Up / Modification Meeting form is used by permit holders to notify the Regulator of start-up or major modification ERP review meetings. Startup or major modifications to existing facility ERP review meetings are required for: Gas Processing Plants, Compressors ‚≥250kw, Dehydration Facilities, Multi-well Oil Batteries, Treatment, Recovery, Disposal (TRD) & Waste Management Facilities, LNG Facilities, Wells/ Facilities with ‚≥ 5% H2S or upon request by OGC.

The Form M2 - OGC Notification of a Drilling / Initial Completions ERP Review Meeting form is used by permit holders to notify the Regulator of an ERP meeting for Drilling or Initial Completions operations for sour wells. This form must be sent by email (emp@bcogc.ca) a minimum of 48 hours prior to the meeting.

Form M3 Exercise Notification
The Form M3 Exercise Notification is used by permit holders to notify the Regulator of Emergency Response Plan exercises. The notifications must be sent by email (emp@bcogc.ca) a minimum of 30 days prior to the exercise. Please ensure that all fields / areas including the EOC or corporate staff if applicable, are listed in the 'name of area/site/field from which the employees are participating in the exercise' section of the form if they are participating in the exercise. Please note: this form replaces the "OGC Notification of Corporate-Production Exercise Form".
