Current fees, levies and security requirements are set out in the Fee, Levy and Security Regulation (FLSR).

The annual review has resulted in a change to the FLSR that takes effect immediately.

  • Woodfibre LNG Project: The levy for the Woodfibre LNG Project is increased from $900,000 to $1.2 million.

New application fees are also being introduced for hydrogen, ammonia and methanol manufacturing facilities. The fees are based on the design capacity of each facility. The application fee for a Class A manufacturing facility will be $12,400 while the application for a Class B manufacturing facility will be $50,000. Major amendments for manufacturing facilities will incur a fee of $7,000, while minor amendments will incur a fee of $1,000.
