Application for a Permit Amendment Under the Provisions of the Environmental Management Act

Application: 458108 for amendment to PA 8462

Aitken Creek Gas Storage Ltd., a subsidiary of Enbridge Inc., has submitted a permit amendment application to the BCER’s Environmental Stewardship Group to authorize the discharge of air emissions from new equipment associated with the Aitken Creek Optimization Project. The amendment application will also see the removal of some existing equipment.

Any person who may be adversely affected by this proposed amendment and wishes to provide relevant information may, within 30 days of the publication of this notice, send written comments to the applicant with a copy to the BCER’s Environmental Stewardship Group:
